Dit was die lekkerste verblyf wat ons nog ooit gehad het! Die meisies praat nogsteeds daaroor!

Baie dankie vir die heerlike akkommodasie wat ons kon geniet die afgelope tyd.

Om daar te bly was soos om by die huis te wees. Dit het al gevoel soos ons tweede huis daar!

Julle gasvryheid is uitsonderlik! Die diens en netheid van die chalets is puik.

Dit was nou regtig lekker om ons maats weer so gou te sien !!!!

Dankie vir julle gasvryheid en lekker ontbyt. Ons het ons wat verbeel om in so n mooi plek ontbyt te geniet vernaam saam met so n klomp maats.

Didiloni Lodge, not a game lodge as many may think, but a lodge in the upper class of Johannesburg area, that feels like if you in the middle of nature. The owners turned the accommodation into a tranquil feeling away from it all with thatch roofing. We stayed in the Hippo chalet with a outdoor bush shower and toilet (only about 1.5 meter away from the chalet) my three girls and wife loved it.

The owners are extremely flexible and they immediately become part of the family. We stayed for three days, after our visit in the Kruger National Park returned back to Didiloni and then left for Cape Town to return to Didiloni.

You would asked why?; the answer is easy to answer, value for money and the beds are the best, even better than many top hotels. Will we return to Didiloni?, without a doubt, we love the owners, atmosphere, beds and value for money.

Dankie, baie dankie vir die wonderlike ontvangs en gasvryheid daar by julle – dit het soos familie gevoel. Ons sal beslis weer kom en julle adverteer so vêr ons gaan.

Following a recent stay, and our first I might add, we simply wish to say with respect of Didiloni Lodge that their hospitality, their attention to detail and their general generosity was truly wondrous. Flying in as we did blind into Joburg, with regard of somewhere to stay, we found Didiloni online and they were more than accommodating re.our first nights stay over the phone.

It was from there on in, witnessing as we did their overall kindness, that this encouraged us to wish to remain for the next 11 days. They have a lovely array of varied sized units for everyone, for newly married couples with their honeymoon suite, for small families with their medium to larger units, and also for your international business person too.

Another additional aspect of the lodge is the neighbourhood that they live within, it is generally very safe and relatively close to all useful amenities, somewhere to buy your daily morning groceries from if you wish to cook for breakfast or for an evening meal and somewhere to also go and get very good take out food from of an evening if you wish to eat out.

We will certainly be returning and we can’t echo our thanks and appreciation any more than it is, honestly, fully deserved.

If you need somewhere to stay in Johannesburg choose Didiloni Lodge…they have the X factor!

Good morning Dirk and Roulien and thank you for your very appreciated mail. I am on the top of the world thanks to God and have been thinking of you during the world cup and every time I want to visualise happy moments of my life I visualise the wonderful set up of Didiloni where I was so well among and with you. My life is very busy and I am doing laughter sessions to many companies and am becoming a star in this discipline which is so good for health and morale. Otherwise I do my usual bicycling tours and my daily walking to keep me fit. But I miss Didiloni and you. Am still living by myself and passionate for my cooking but unfortunately I cannot get the wors which is still in the unconscious part of my palate. Today I have a yoga session and Saturday I am going to a place to make one thousand people laugh with me, it is going to be a wonderful experience. I still want to come to Joburg sometime if money is there or if I win the lotto. In the meantime keep well and in touch. Warmest kisses to Roulien and best regards to you and also to the young couple. My regards also to the servants, the trees, the flowers and the pool of Didiloni.

Great value for your money. This bed and breakfast was most welcoming, and the breakfasts were definitely fit for a king!!! Lovely property complete with swimming pool and backyard BBQ. Dirk and Rouline were most helpful facilitating any request we had. Loved it!

Hi Dirk and Roulien! Thank you again SO much for welcoming us into your lodge the last two weeks. We will be forever grateful to have met you both! Amy and I stayed Sat night at the hostel in Pretoria, and she left Sunday afternoon to go to the Vet Campus where she is staying with an Equine Intern. I am here at the hostel alone until Friday when she comes back to join me but I have met so many amazing and great people from all over the world. Die site lyk baie goed!

I stayed over at Didiloni Lodge for nearly a month and It was more than I expected. Clean, great value for money and everyday was better than a hotel. Highly recommended. My dad also spent 2 days and he gave me the Title - "Exceptional and Outstanding + Great Value... " 

Dirk, net `n BAIE DANKIE vir die wonderlike ontvangs gister. Die verblyf was baie aangenaam en die ontbyt was definitief uit die boonste rakke vanoggend. 

Ek maak definitief in die toekoms weer van julle Gastehuis gebruik.

 Ek wil net weer dankie sê vir die lekker verblyf in die Lodge op 27 en 28 Maart 2009. Ons het dit voorwaar baie geniet en sal graag weer daar wil kom oorbly op die 5de Mei 2009.

Alles was so netjies en smaakvol. Bietjie klein maar ons het tog reggekom. Ons het nie eens ons eie beddegoed gebruik nie want dit was nie nodig nie. Alles was so kraakvars en netjies.

wir sind sehr gerne mit unserer Grossfamilie Eure Gäste gewesen. Didiloni ist mit seinen verschieden grossen Häuschen und der Privatsphäre ideal. Es war für uns ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihr habt uns in Allem bestens versorgt, das Frühstück war ein vielfältiger Genuss. Eine ganz besondere Geste war, dass Ihr die Hochzeitssuite WARTHOG für unsere frisch verheiratete Tochter und ihren Ehemann ganz liebevoll noch bezugsfertig gemacht habt.

(vertaling) :Ons was baie verheug om met ons hele familie hier tuis te gaan.DIDILONI, met die verskeie grootte bungalos en die private onthaalplek is ideaal daarvoor! Dit was vir ons n heilsame kort vakansie.U het ons baie goed versorg.Die ontbyt elke oggend was uiters genotvol. n Besondere guns wat u aan ons bewys het, was om die Wittebroodsuite (WARTHOG En-suite) vir ons pasgetroude dogter en haar nuwe eggenoot met groot oorgawe en toewyding gereed te maak. Didiloni Lodge has been home away from home to us on many occasions. The beautiful “bushveld” scenery in the middle of a bustling city is heartwarming and the wooden lodges are pure luxury inside. When visiting Didiloni, you are welcomed with such style and warm friendliness, that you are instantly at home and feel as though you are part of the bushveld family.
